Il Cuore della Casa

This renovation project focused on the kitchen and living areas of a traditional stone house in Sardinia, used as a seasonal family holiday home. The main challenge was to improve functionality and circulation while enhancing natural and artificial light, all within a space rich in authentic materials such as stone walls and wooden ceiling structures. The design aimed to introduce a subtle layer of modernity without compromising the character of the house, preserving its warm and rustic atmosphere. Inspired by the surrounding landscape, the palette combines natural tones with soft, coastal accents of turquoise, creating a welcoming and relaxed environment for family gatherings throughout the year.
